What you’ll be doing

As a Senior Wireless System Engineer (5G), you will be working on advanced wireless communications system design in 5G along with implementation issues and testing. This will include developing application driven system solutions from concept to prototype validation, along with system-level analysis and performance simulation platforms.

What you will bring to XCOM

• Master’s degree or higher in Electrical or Computer Engineering
• 7 years of recent and direct experience with wireless communications system design and implementation of 5G NR in dedicated, shared and unlicensed spectrum
• 7 years of recent and direct experience with 3GPP 5G NR Release 15/16 physical layers and features.
• 5 years of recent and direct experience with NR architecture including SA and NSA

• Develop application driven system solutions from concept to prototype and product validation.
• Experience in developing comprehensive link and system level performance simulations

It’s a bonus if you have:

• PhD in Electrical or Computer Engineering
• 10 years of recent and direct experience with debugging system level issues during product validation.
• Support of technology validation and prototype demonstrations.
• Experience in advanced MIMO techniques – theory and implementation.

• Experience in wireless propagation and spatial channel models.
