As a part-time Jr. Accountant, you will work closely with the Accounting team to complete clerical and administrative tasks as assigned. Your main duties would include processing vendor and customer onboarding forms, data entry, account reconciliations, AR/AP support tasks, and assisting Human Resources with special projects to ensure all organizational needs are met.

Essential Job Functions:

• Customer and Vendor Onboarding
• Accounting data entry and review
• Assisting vendors and customers with payment-related customer service inquiries
• Assisting with ad hoc bookkeeping projects and audits
• Purchasing supplies; sending, tracking, and receiving packages
• Booking travel arrangements as necessary
• Assist with the organization of company events
• Other duties as assigned

Education, Qualifications, and Experience:

• AR/AP related experience is preferred
• Strong computer skills, including accounting databases, Google Sheets and/or Excel, and other business software
• Understanding of accounting principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly developed attention to detail
• Ability to analyze data, locate and correct errors
• Strong organizational, time management, and research skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
