POSITION TITLE: Sales and Marketing Enablement, Digital Specialist

POSITION REPORTS TO: Customer Experience Manager

DEPARTMENT: Customer Success

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Sales and Marketing Enablement, Digital Specialist play a pivotal role in enhancing our company's digital presence and supporting our sales and marketing efforts in a B2B environment. This position requires expertise in social media management, with proficiency in utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sprout Social and other digital tools to drive engagement, increase brand visibility, and generate leads.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to amplify brand awareness and reach our target audience within the B2B sector.
  • Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across the VIRA Insight Client Journey.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, leveraging automation and personalization features within the platform.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Manage and maintain social media profiles and presence across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and others, ensuring consistency and relevance.
  • Create and curate compelling content tailored to our audience's interests and industry trends, utilizing Sprout Social to schedule and publish posts.
  • Utilize SproutSocial to create and curate compelling content tailored to our audience's interests and industry trends, including Social Listening and Employee Advocacy initiatives.
  • Monitor social media channels for industry news, trends, and competitor activity, providing insights to inform strategy and identify opportunities for engagement.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics related to social media activities, generating reports and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop digital assets and resources that support sales enablement efforts, such as presentations, case studies, and sales collateral.
  • Provide training and support to sales and marketing teams on digital tools and best practices, fostering adoption and proficiency.
  • Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging digital channels to maximize impact and ROI.
  • Assist with supporting business marketing initiatives by coordinating and executing promotional campaigns and managing the distribution of promotional materials and items.
  • Attend site visits to client locations to foster relationships, gather feedback, and provide personalized support, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and enhancing overall customer experience.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

This position has no direct reports.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong knowledge of marketing principals and common marketing tools.
  • Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of digital trends.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
  • Strong time management, organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships.
  • Ability to apply conceptual, creative, solution-oriented thinking.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Ad certifications or related platforms are preferred.
  • Minimal (5) years of experience in sales enablement, marketing enablement, or a related role with proven experience in social media management within a B2B manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in SproutSocial media management tool, or similar tools.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing enablement programs that drive revenue growth and improve sales productivity.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for brand engagement (i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).

OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Varying work schedules based on business needs is sometimes required.
  • Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and/or ID.
  • Ability to operate a computer keyboard.
  • Ability to read a variety of materials.
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
