Responsibilities:
The Hospital has more than 40,000 patient visits annually and is the 2nd busiest hospital in Montgomery County. We are the designated stroke hospital with a TPA administration within 45 minutes of arrival. With a 30-bed Med/Surg unit. We have an average daily census of 30 patients. The Med/Surg Unit has 2 floors to support our adult to geriatric patients. They see a wide variety of patients from Cardiac comorbidities, DVT, Sepsis, Pneumonia, and Post Op Care.

Education Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing

Experience:
Experience in Med/Surg Required (New Graduate Nurses Encouraged)

Required Skills:
Excellent Communications Skills & Excellent Interpersonal Skills

Certification and Licensure:
PA Registered Nurse License
BLS Preferred (Will train during orientation)
ACLS Preferred (Will train during orientation)
CPI Preferred (Will train during orientation)
