Our team in Space and Defense - Power & Data is looking for a Senior Electronics Engineer to join them. You will report to the Electrical Engineering Manager and will have an onsite, with flexible work schedule in Blacksburg, Virginia.
To be considered for Senior Electronics Engineer, here's what you'll need to bring with you:
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent and
5 years of electrical hardware design and development experience
Experience designing PCB boards involving microprocessors and data communication
As a Senior Electronics Engineer, You WillBe responsible for development of new technology, products, and processes to meet cost, schedule and performance goals. You will work with high-level personnel from , our customers, and vendors.
Design hardware schematics, PCB layouts, and Bills of Materials.
Conduct hardware level integration and test.
Support multiple aspects of technical project planning, including designs, proposals, cost estimates, schedules, and technical interface meetings throughout the program lifecycle.
Ensure traceability between customer requirements and system requirements
Develop engineering test requirements and unit/subsystem/system test plans.
Represent in a manner consistent with its creative technical reputation.
