**Warehouse Manager - Great West Omaha Location**

Manage all related operations within the warehouse and/or Pre-Weight areas. Manage a team of 4-8 direct reports, and 50-100 indirect reports. Create alliances with support departments to resolve issues and improve operations. **Major Duties**

Monitor production schedule and work with Pre-Weigh/Warehouse Supervisors to coordinate staffing needs to produce according to business need; monitor appropriate staffing levels and request additional/reduction headcount changes as needed

Monitor employees and ensure compliance with cGMP, EPA, and FDA regulations

Provide leadership and daily direction to staff; conduct weekly production meetings; provide regular performance feedback

Participate in continuous improvement by leading projects such as 5S, production equipment utilization improvements, equipment upgrades, etc

Collaborate with HR to address all human resource issues within the warehouse and/or pre-weigh departments inclusive of attendance, overall performance and issues resulting in potential termination/suspension of employees

Collaborate with Scheduling, Engineering, Validation and QA to achieve specified departmental goals around new product launches, validation, new equipment installation, RFT, deviation reduction and supporting Lean Sigma initiatives

Provide overall long-term plan for warehouse and/or pre-weigh operations; develop and implement a 5-year strategic plan

**Minimum Qualifications**

5 years experience managing others

7 years experience within a manufacturing or warehouse facility with 3 years of warehouse experience

2 years experience with ERP System

**Preferred Qualifications**

Experience collaborating with HR in hiring and employee relations

Experience within a pharmaceutical environment preferred

**Education Requirements**

Bachelors degree or equivalent of relevant experienced

High School Diploma or GED
