Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight
• Coordinate and supervise mobile phlebotomy services, ensuring timely and accurate blood sample collection.
• Manage the scheduling and routing of mobile phlebotomy units to various locations.
• Oversee inventory management of phlebotomy supplies and equipment.
Team Leadership:
• Recruit, train, and supervise phlebotomy staff.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Quality Assurance:
• Ensure compliance with established phlebotomy procedures and industry standards.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards of service.
• Address any issues related to sample integrity, transportation, and documentation.
• Handles correspondence, complaints, and queries; monitors and supervises the work of administrative staff.
Administrative Duties:
• Handle administrative tasks, including record-keeping, scheduling, and billing.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
• Implement and maintain electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in phlebotomy and healthcare management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
