About the role

• Our assistant supervisors play an important part in the continuity of operations both at the airport checkpoints and exits for crowd management, information and wayfinding, and any irregularities that may arise over the course of the day.

What you'll do

• You will assign team members to prioritized positions, oversee their rotation, and coordinate their meal and rest break times. As a company representative, update information related to breaches, emergencies and the status of your assigned area, deliver briefings to those starting work on your shift, complete reports and grids, and participate in team training and development as well as performance management. A key part of your job is to ensure continuity and quality of services to those being served by Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.

Qualifications

• At least one year of work as a customer service agent and or security experience under this contract or related work at other airports -or - supervisory experience of at least 6 months with team of at least 5 members.
• Preferred supervisory experience is particularly within the airport/airline operations industry, fast food, retail or service support industries.
• Must be able to provide and submit documentation for employment eligibility and those documents required to obtain for an airport badge and U.S. Customs and Border Protection seal. Airport credentialing will involve fingerprint and background screening.

Hours needed:

Morning - 4:30am-2:30pm

Evenings - 2pm-midnight

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
