We are seeking a dedicated Facility Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, mechanical knowledge, and supervisory experience. This is a *DIRECT HIRE* full-time 1st shift position located in North Andover, MA.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate facility maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Oversee systems and perform troubleshooting as needed
- Utilize schematics to diagnose and repair equipment
- Manage maintenance schedules and work orders
- Fabricate or repair equipment parts as necessary
- Train and mentor maintenance staff

Skills:

- Proven experience in supervising facility maintenance operations
- Strong mechanical maintenance knowledge and experience with industrial systems
- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and repairs
- Familiarity with maintenance management best practices
- Ability to read and interpret equipment schematics
- Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and hydraulics
- Capacity to maintain, repair, and fabricate equipment parts
