Job Summary:

The Route Sales Representative will be responsible for driving a company vehicle to various locations to sell and deliver products to customers on a designated route. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and sales skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive a company vehicle to various locations along a designated route to deliver and sell products to customers
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's product offerings
• Identify potential sales opportunities and promote new products or services to customers
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust orders accordingly to meet customer demand
• Collect and process payments from customers
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions
• Adhere to all safety and driving regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and CLEAN driving record
• Sales and customer service experience
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to lift and move heavy items weighing 15 to 25 pounds.
• Basic computer skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) Must Be.

Physical Demands:

• The ability to lift and move heavy products weighing up to 25 pounds
• The ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods of time

Some moderate lifting is required daily. Must possess the ability to promote new sales and maintain a high level of customer service. Ability to correctly identify in-house inventory items for customer sales. Some knowledge about barbers industry if not it's ok.

Job Types: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 to $19.50 /hour Bonuses Tips (if apply)

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Aprox
