• Paid by the hour (grade qualifications)
  • $20.50 - $ 26.50 per hour
• Overtime paid at 1.5 times base rate after 40 hours worked during the work week. 
• $1.00 per hour 401K after 90-day probation
• (8) Paid Holidays
• Company supported employee health insurance within 90 days of employment 
• PTO of up to 160 hours per year
• $30 per month cell Phone reimbursement
• Drivers home most nights, if not we pay additional $20-$40 per night out
• Pulling Reefers & Dry Vans
• Monday – Friday schedule, rotating Saturdays only during harvest (September- October)
• Lift truck & electric pallet jack training and certification provided
• Modern fleet of Volvo tractors with I shift
• Transportation Manager & Dispatch have CDL and drove truck
