Would you like to be part of one of the largest property management companies in Northern Colorado? Vintage Corporation is looking for an experienced Property Manager for our Heron Pointe Apartments located in Berthoud, CO.

Role Description

As a Property Manager with Vintage Corporation, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a 266 unit complex, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maximizing property performance. Day-to-day tasks also include coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing rental applications, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations, addressing tenant concerns, and managing property budgets.

Qualifications

· 1 years of experience in residential property management or related field preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse tenant base.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Experience with property management software and financial reporting
  • Familiarity with local codes and regulations related to residential property management.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service to tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct property inspections and maintenance assessments.

  • Screen and select quality tenants.
  • Administer leases, rent collection, and tenant communications.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance.
  • Budget and financial management.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Foster positive tenant relations and resolve disputes.
  • Implement efficient property management processes.

Managing People and Coaching Employees:

· Lead and manage a team of property management professionals.

  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for employees and hold them accountable.

Pay: $54,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
