Position Summary:
The Process Sanitation Lead will work closely with the Quality Manager to ensure all beverages contact processing equipment is kept free of possible contamination. Will be using and/or direct the use of chemicals and mechanical processes to successfully complete cleaning processes within the facility. As sanitation lead, an understanding of Sanitation processes is necessary to ensure a clean, safe product is produced, these processes will be reviewed on a regular basis, and continual improvements made to those processes and equipment. Will be a mentor and train team members on proper methods and ensure the effectiveness of the program, therefore strong leadership and communication skills are required.

This is a physical job in a winery/production setting that will require long periods of standing, walking, lifting, climbing ladders and the ability to observe others and the work environment. This position may occasionally be exposed to wet or humid conditions, work near moving mechanical parts, outdoor power equipment, chemicals, and outdoor weather conditions.
