Responsibilities:
- Engage customers in a courteous, helpful, and respectful manner
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using basic math skills
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise
- Utilize strong communication skills to build relationships with customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive upselling and cross-selling
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively promote items
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers
- Proficiency in technology sales, including electronics products
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and stock levels
