Vinfen is Hiring a Community-based Clinician (ACCS model - Master's, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) Near Haverhill, MA

Schedule: Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm; weekend on-call rotation required (part-time also available)

Salary: $70,300 or $74,000 / year depending on licensure (or $40k-$42k for 20 hours)

The Team Clinician promotes the full integration and functioning of adults with psychiatric conditions by providing person-centered clinical community services. Supporting the Adult Clinical Community Services (ACCS) model, the Team Clinician will work in a community-based setting and perform clinical duties including intake, assessment, treatment planning, and clinical interventions whether the client lives independently in the community, in a Group Living Environment or a Supported Independent Environment.

The Team Clinician will also be responsible for:

  • Determining needs for rehabilitative services as required.
  • Providing leadership amongst the team by directing the interventions provided by Team Outreach Workers
  • Overseeing treatment interventions in GLEs/SIEs and model appropriate interventions.
  • Training and supporting staff in delivering clinical evidence-based practices
