Key responsibilities:

Undertaking regular maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitation.

Preserving the cleanliness of communal areas like entrances, corridors, and break rooms.

Adhering strictly to established cleaning protocols and safety standards, promptly reporting any maintenance or repair needs.

Desired qualifications:

Previous experience in maintenance or custodial positions.

Proficiency in relevant cleaning techniques and equipment operation.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong attention to detail.

Physical endurance to perform various tasks, including bending, stooping, lifting, and prolonged standing.

Excellent time management skills.

Competency in janitorial tasks, floor maintenance, buffing, and facility upkeep.
