Are you an experience in Preventative Maintenance and looking for a job where your attention to detail and experience can make a difference? Look no further! Villari Foods is currently seeking an PM Maintenance Trainee to join our team in Warsaw, North Carolina.
As a 3rd Shift Preventative Maintenance Trainee , you will engage in a leadership program led by the Preventative Maintenance Program Lead . This program will help you with mechanical skills, electrical troubleshooting, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, control wiring, motor maintenance, and workplace safety. As you work through the program, you will assist maintenance teams and support all aspects of the maintenance department as needed or directed. Maintenance Trainees will learn how to work safely within a high-volume food manufacturing facility. Throughout the learning process of this program, you could move into a Maintenance Technician position with Villari Foods and/or The Pork Company.

The physical demand described here are representative of those that an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. To perform assigned duties the following will occur: Standing on one's feet for long periods of time, walking, and lifting. The employee is regularly required to sit/stand, reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee may be required to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs on an occasional basis. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to a cold, wet environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually below 85 db for a time weighted average of 8 hours.
