Position Overview

The Builder Relations role is responsible for relationship management activities, including creating, monitoring, and evaluating sales volume. The Builder Relations person is responsible for expenses, market share, and achievement of goals. In addition is responsible for planning, executing and overseeing all sales and promotional activities as well as overseeing their daily operations in the department.

Technical Responsibilities of the Job

• Oversee local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns
• Direct and coordinate all Sales activity.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding products and service.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
• Help formulate, direct, or coordinate marketing activities or policies to promote products or services.
• Work closely with the operations manager to coordinate sales and production to achieve the budgeted levels of production.
• Collaborate with internal teams

Training/Certification

• At least 2 years of previous applicable experience
• Minimum typing speed 50 Net WPM
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience required.
• Experience working in a fast-paced office environment

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:

• It is expected that fulfillment of these job duties will require an average of 45-50 worked each week.

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• AA Degree preferred
• 3-5 years construction experience or knowledge

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License
• 2 years of sales experience
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• HVAC, Plumbing and Solar industry specific experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
