Due to increased business demand, Villani Landshapers is exploring the addition of an experienced Landscape Architect or Landscape Designer to our team. This position will hold a dual role in sales/design and project management.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in the Milwaukee landscape market and will be responsible for cultivating additional client relationships outside of their current book of business through networking and community involvement. The primary job responsibilities include meeting with clients, then designing, estimating and selling the project. After closing the sale, they will be responsible for following through with planning, executing, monitoring, controlling costs, managing, and closing projects. The ultimate measure of success will be the ability to deliver a project on time, within the budget, while keeping client and production team always informed.

• Minimum 5 years experience in landscape design and sales
• Effective communicator from client sales and design meetings to project kick-offs and ongoing stakeholder meetings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a Passion for Landscape and a people-pleasing attitude.
