Duties
As a Concierge, your duties will include:
- Greeting guests and visitors warmly and making them feel welcome
- Assisting guests with inquiries, reservations, and recommendations
- Managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication promptly and professionally
- Maintaining a neat and organized front desk and lobby area
Experience
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively at a front desk
- Proficiency in handling guest relations and resolving customer inquiries
Shifts Available:
* Thursday-Saturday 8:00am-2:00pm
* Thursday-Saturday 2:00pm-8:00pm

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
