We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our healthcare team. Our practice setting is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility with a high post acute mix and vibrant long term care population. Rehabilitation services are also provided to our on-site assisted living residents. Our rehab team consists of OT, PT and ST services.
