Role Summary: The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Village Wellness Center is a graduate-level certification in behavior analysis. BCBA Supervisors oversee the work of Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other professionals implementing behavior-analytic interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, and family interventions in various environments based on client treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans focusing on behavioral, emotional, and developmental concerns, particularly autism spectrum disorders.
  • Conduct assessments, data collection, analysis, and goal setting.
  • Design and oversee applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment programs.
  • Train intervention providers, parents, and professionals on ABA implementation.
  • Conduct client supervision and team meetings and ensure timely communication.
  • Maintain billable therapy hours and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

  • BCBA certification and completion of required training.
  • Master’s degree in relevant field.
  • Experience in behavior therapy and supervision.
  • Proficiency in behavior analysis assessments.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Bilingualism.
  • Additional certifications and experience in relevant areas.
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.
