BDC Sales Agent

Job Description

The BDC Sales Agent will be responsible for generating sales leads and setting appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong desire to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads through various channels, including phone, email, and social media
• Set appointments for the sales team to meet with potential customers
• Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure they are engaged and interested in the company's products and services
• Maintain accurate records of all leads and appointments in the company's CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Provide exceptional customer service to all prospects and customers

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
