Village Veterinary is seeking a Practice Manager to assist with leading a three doctor practice in beautiful Jupiter, FL. We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join our full-service hospital.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop direct reports.
- Partner with our Learning & Development team to ensure your team is properly trained and performing to their skillset and providing an unmatched client experience.
- Partner with the Medical Director to ensure high-quality medical care and effectively create and maintain veterinarians' work schedules to ensure proper coverage to meet client needs.
- Manage various aspects of the facility including purchasing and property management.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Develop annual budgets and monitor, analyze, and report on practice revenue and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Leadership - A leader who is dedicated to the advancement of veterinary medicine. You place a strong emphasis on team building and staff development. You coach your team to bring out the best in everyone.
- Decision Making - You are decisive and use your problem-solving skills to find solutions to potential obstacles or opportunities.
- Adaptable and Resilient - You can effectively handle pressure and setbacks. You see challenges as opportunities to grow.
- Certified veterinary technician (CVT) or certified veterinary practice manager (CVPM) is ideal but not required.
- SHRM-CP, BS, MBA or other advanced degrees, are a plus.
