Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, dynamic Associate Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in supporting the Office of the President (OOP). This critical position is designed to enhance and streamline the efficiency of the OOP's operations, serving as the primary support system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing the OOP's calendar, appointments, and priorities, managing communications, and spearheading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders. Experience and Skills Required: The successful candidate will must be able to Manage personal and professional commitments to optimize efficiency and productivity. Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field, with advanced degrees considered a plus. Experience in administrative roles or as an assistant to senior management is essential, showcasing your ability to manage schedules, communications, and logistical tasks efficiently. You'll need exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and outstanding organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in modern office software, project management tools, and digital communication platforms is required, along with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
