The Community Association Manager we need is a detailed, proactive problem-solver with a passion for providing superior service. Great Western Lodging is seeking a talented Community Association Manager to oversee multiple vibrant communities and make a real difference.

What You'll Do: Facilitate engaging Membership and Board meetings. Prepare insightful management reports and board packets. Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance. Manage contract renewals like a pro. Dive into financial analysis and reporting.

What You'll Need: High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years in community association management. CMCA designation preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
