Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Housekeeper to join our team. As a Caregiver/Housekeeper, you will provide essential support to our residents by assisting with daily activities and ensuring their well-being. This position requires experience in dementia care, medication administration, meal preparation, and behavior management.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with medication administration and ensure residents take their prescribed medications on time
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for residents based on their dietary needs
- Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents
- Monitor and manage resident behaviors to ensure a safe and supportive environment
- Assist with lifting and transferring residents as needed
- Take vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of dementia care techniques and resident rights
- Ability to administer medications accurately and safely
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting and assisting with resident mobility
