```Duties```
- Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient and effective functioning
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock replenishment
- Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Create and maintain a positive working environment for employees
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Conduct interviews and hire qualified candidates for store positions
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's appearance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

-Perform Notary services.

```Qualifications```
- Proven leadership experience in a retail or similar environment
- Strong store management skills, including the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of sales management techniques and strategies
- Strong math skills for inventory management and financial analysis
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus

-Prefer someone who already has Notary license.
