Role Responsibilities:

• Experience is preferred, however not necessary. Full training is available to all employees.
• Take food and drink orders from guests accurately and with a positive attitude.
• Enter orders into computers POS system for transmittal to kitchen staff.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner.
• Knowledge of menu, with the ability to make suggestions to guests.
• Ensure guests are satisfied with their meals and take action to correct any problems that may arise.

Skills & Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No experience required.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with team members.
• Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
• Ability to work in fast paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.
• Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
