Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor/technician to join our team. As a working Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations and ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of our facilities.

Duties:
- Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance and support
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for equipment repairs and maintenance services
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment logs
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
- Train new employees on maintenance procedures and safety protocols
- Collaborate with other departments to address retirement facility-related issues

-Deal with the public, our senior citizens, have professional demeaner, must have ability to stay calm in emergency situations.

Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team

- Must be HVAC certified, and any other certifications would be great!
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems, including high voltage equipment
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Solid understanding of facilities management principles
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic repairs and fabricate parts if needed
