We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating patient treatment plans, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient treatment plans, including scheduling appointments and follow-ups
- Communicate with patients to explain treatment options, answer questions, and address concerns
- Collect and verify patient insurance information
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Eagle Soft/Denticon or similar software
- Collaborate with dental care providers to ensure efficient management
- Provide administrative support to dental staff as needed

Skills:
- Strong budgeting skills to manage financial aspects of patient treatment plans
- Knowledge of human resources practices in a dental office setting
- Experience in dental office leadership
- Proficiency in utilizing Eagle Soft or similar electronic dental record systems
- Familiarity with dental office operations is a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
