Village Caregiving in the Morgantown ,WV is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Non-Medical Caregiver to join our team. This is a full-time, hourly position in the healthcare/medical industry. As an individual contributor, you will play a vital role in providing non-medical care to our clients in Wheeling and Moundsville, WV area. This role offers a competitive hourly wage between $12 to $15, paid biweekly.

Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Provide non-medical care to clients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with housekeeping tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and cleaning
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients
- Follow care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse
- Promote independence and self-esteem in clients by encouraging participation in activities and socialization
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Caregiver Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
