The Village Bar & Grill has been providing great service and food for almost 50 years! We are hiring for restaurant and bar servers. Do you like a fast-paced environment with great energy and tips? Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests promptly with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Maintain cleanliness of restaurant and bar area
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience serving in a restaurant and/or bar is preferred
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and retail math skills
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling guidelines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
