Job responsibilities include assembly of solar equipment on ground and rooftops, understanding and implementation of personal safety requirements, comprehension of layout drawings and basic construction skills. The installation of systems includes the transport of equipment to rooftops, setting panels and racking equipment on rooftops and ground, operation of small equipment as needed for material placement and to comply with safety measures throughout installation.
High School Diploma or GED
Experience in construction, especially electrical, framing and roofing
Climbing ladders and lifting 75lbs
10 Hour OSHA Safety training preferred
Must have valid driver’s license
Must pass a drug test and background check
Skid loader operation experience preferred
