Villa Del Sol Post-Acute is looking for a full-time Admissions Coordinator available Wednesday-Sunday 7:30AM-4PM and occasionally 1PM-9:30PM. The pay range for this position is $20-$23/hr., depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and streamline the admissions process for new patients
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective patients and their families
• Conduct comprehensive tours of the facility for potential patients and their families
• Manage all reception duties including answering phone inquiries and maintaining patient records
• Perform administrative tasks such as paperwork related to admissions, discharges, and patient records
• De-escalate potential issues to maintain a peaceful and welcoming environment
• Oversee operations as the Manager on Duty during weekends, ensuring the facility runs smoothly and efficiently
• Conduct regular customer service rounds to ensure patient satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly

Requirements:

• 1 year experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
• 1 year experience in an Admissions role REQUIRED
