About You
We are seeking an experienced, motivated litigator to join our team. As part of our Litigation Team, you are responsible for all aspects of a case in state and federal court, from filing through trial. This includes pre-trial prep, court appearances, motions, depositions, mediations, negotiations, and trial. In general terms, you should be knowledgeable, confident, organized, disciplined, dedicated, and focused.
More specifically you should have:
To excel in this role, you will display a passion for personal injury, a strong understanding of litigation strategies, and exceptional public-speaking skills. You must show empathy and compassion toward your clients and have a strong desire to work in a firm where team culture is a priority. Previous experience as a personal injury litigator is advantageous.
