Viking Cleaners is Hiring an Operations Technician Near Phoenix, AZ
We are currently seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our team as a Field Technician at CRDN of Arizona! As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for visiting, assessing, and packing out contents, art, electronics, and/or textiles at properties that have experienced fire, water, or other types of damage, and coordinating the restoration process.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure that all work meets industry standards and quality control measures
- Execute and complete pack-outs using tools in place
- Help support the office staff on restoration workflow
- Follow and use the pack out calendar
- Take pictures at all scope/job visits.
- Follow Field Technician duties that include: uploading pictures, getting paperwork signed through the FSA, packing out the jobs using the correct protocols (container tags, locating, etc), make sure all jobs are located, barcoded, and accounted for.

Requirements & Preferences:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to various locations as needed

Pay Rate: $17-23/per hour (depends on experience).
