• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Safety or Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field
• 8-10 years of experience in food/beverage quality and safety with increasing levels of responsibility with a fast moving and growing business environment
• Experience within an Aseptic filling facility
• Previous experience managing and motivating teams
• Understanding of lean quality programs such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing
• Microbiological lab experience, especially management
• Previous work experience with Statistical Process Control
• Previous experience with Regulatory Audits, FMEA, HACCP
• Required 2-4 years’ experience in production facility sanitation
• Action-oriented, results-focused individual with can-do attitude
• Rigorous attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
