Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. As a Manufacturing Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes. Duties:
- Coordinate and oversee manufacturing activities, including production scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor production lines to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Train and mentor production staff on proper procedures and best practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and inventory records.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or degrees are a plus.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in using computer software for data analysis, inventory management, and production planning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly and effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
