Requirements:

• Experience in estate planning and trust/estate administration.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects at hand.
• Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and confidential information.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365, especially Outlook, Word and Excel. We will train on our cloud-based time-tracking & billing software (CLIO).
• Driven, self-directed and able to work without supervision to meet deadlines.
• Resourceful problem-solver with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; numerate and literate.
• Ability to commute to Concord, NH

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
