About the role:

We are seeking a striving marketer to help build on our strong national, luxury brand. In this important role you will report directly to the C.O.O.,and will be an important player in our marketing function. You will have access to significant resources and talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage social media presence: develop content calendar, create posts, monitor and respond to comments and messages.
• Create content for various channels: digital and social media, blogs, email newsletters.
• Oversee website: monitor traffic and engagement, identify areas for improvement, propose and implement changes.
• Manage DIY Tool: develop and oversee do-it-yourself (DIY) tools.
• Maintain customer database: ensure accuracy and cleanliness of customer data.
• Manage marketing and sales materials: update and maintain marketing and sales materials.
• Execute promotional strategies: develop and execute promotional campaigns targeted to specific customer segments.
• Manage trade shows: plan and manage trade show appearances.
• Public relations (PR): identify and pursue PR opportunities.
• Create and manage customer communications: develop and distribute monthly newsletters and other forms of customer communication.
• Assist with lead nurturing campaigns: develop and manage campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into sales.
• Manage assets: organize the creation and capture of new assets, including case studies, photos, videos, and customer testimonials.
• Review and improve marketing automation platform: oversee and improve the company’s marketing automation platform (e.g., Insightly)
• Support marketing activities across various channels (social media, email, content creation)
• Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing strategies.
• Assist with the creation and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Manage and maintain marketing materials and assets.
• Coordinate with other departments on marketing initiatives.
• Form maintenance: maintain and update forms.

Marketing Qualifications:

· Minimum of one year of tactical marketing and brand management experience

· An understanding of search engine optimization and website UI principles

· Strong copywriting and communication skills

· Expertise with Adobe Suite Products (InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro, Illustrator)

· Experience with key social media channels

· Understanding of content management systems including WordPress

· Exposure to Google AdWords, Facebook Ads and Google Analytics

· Exposure to email marketing software (Mail Chimp or other)

· Excellent MS office suite capabilities

· Solid understanding of graphic design

Pay: $54,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
