Job Overview:

We are seeking an Expeditor to join our team in ensuring efficient and smooth operations in our food service establishment. As an Expeditor, you will play a crucial role in coordinating between the kitchen and the front of house staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to prioritize and expedite food orders

- Ensure that all food items are prepared and presented according to established standards

- Communicate with servers and other front of house staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food orders

- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as garnishing plates or assembling appetizers

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area

- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests

Experience:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the food service industry is preferred
