Job Requirements
- Administrate provider portal logins
- Respond to employee requests, in a prompt manner, regarding access to payer provider portals.
- Troubleshoot issues with portal access.
- Track new portal access, as well disabling separated employees.
- Setup and assist with insurance web portal access.
- Work with credentialing to setup access for new portals, and revalidation of existing portal access.
- Assist with general help desk tickets as needed.
- Other duties to be assigned as needed.
- Work with revenue department leadership to determine appropriate access.
- General troubleshooting experience.
- Ability to work with multiple teams.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a focus on helping others
- Computer Skills
- High school diploma required.
- Entry level IT Certifications or equivalent experience preferred.
- 1-2 years customer service or help desk experience preferred
