Engineering and Special Projects Supervisor, Norfolk, NE.
We are seeking a Project Supervisor with proven experience with managing capital projects, particularly in the steel mill or heavy industrial/construction sector.
We need a person with strong leadership experience in managing teams and projects, especially in a heavy industrial or construction environment.
In addition, the right candidate must have experience with Change Effect Analysis (CEA) budgets, Management of Change (MOC) processes, and project planning.

MUST HAVE:
- 4-year Engineering Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Structural.
- 3 years of related engineering experience.
NICE TO HAVE:
- 1 years of Steel mill or heavy industrial / construction experience.
- Capital Project Management Experience.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- ROA Bonus will be provided.
- The Engineering team is made up of 11 teammates that includes electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, Power System Technicians, and a draftsman. This team is responsible for managing multiple Million dollar plus capital projects in addition to engineering support for normal operations. The Engineering Supervisor will have 5 peer supervisors in the maintenance department and can rely on them for support and sharing of resources.
- Candidate must be willing to work scheduled/unscheduled overtime, weekends, and holidays.
