Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting the People and Talent Acquisition team by ensuring that the organization’s policies, processes, and practices are as efficient and high-performing as possible.

This position will complete a variety of specialized duties that support the functional operations of the team while demonstrating prioritization, urgency, and accuracy.

Most importantly, this role will be a key part of the organization by driving a positive culture and new hire experience for all Viega colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Talent Acquisition Partner in administrative and system work.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and virtual, ensuring that all parties involved are well-informed and prepared.
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for all candidates and hiring managers in the system.
  • Support the candidate and hiring manager between the interview, offer, and onboarding process
  • Coordinating with accounting or recruiting vendors as necessary for invoice management, talent sourcing and recruitment support.
  • Support Talent Acquisition project work and recruitment events / Job Fairs
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Familiarity with Human Resources processes and regulations.
  • System aptitude.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated interest in the Human Resources field.
  • Ability to act pro-actively and problem-solve

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications will enhance qualifications.

Total Rewards Package :

Compensation

  • Base : $55,000 to $72,000 annually, based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, and geographic market.
  • Bonus or Commission : This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
