About us
Video Game Adventures is a small business in Vancouver, WA. We are Supportive, fast-paced and nimble.
Our work environment includes:
- Casual Retail space in mall setting
- Casual work attire or video game related attire
- Multitask and interact with customers
- Maintain tidiness of store
- Use of register and POS System
- Taking customer calls on store phone
- Run store solely
Use of iphone to process trade ins
Day to day work at the store entails opening store, counting the register, daily cleaning, daily tasks that will be left out for you to take care of, responsibilities are as above but also include helping customers get things out of cases, answering game related questions, ringing out customers, Theft prevention, Cleaning inventory and processing trade ins, you will also be responsible for handling exchanges on defective inventory. Owners are on site most days but you will be trained to work alone.
Beginning Wage is $17 an hour for 30 Day probation period. Wage review will take place after 30 days
