Responsibilities As A Customer Support Representative:

  • Foster authentic relationships by understanding customer needs, providing tailored recommendations, and delivering a premium experience
  • Address a variety of customer inquiries promptly and efficiently by overturning objections, from product details to delivery logistics
  • Nurture enduring customer relationships to drive repeat business and boost sales revenue
  • Participate in training sessions to deepen product knowledge and enhance sales expertise
