Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Overnight Manager to join our team. As the Overnight Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations during the night shift and ensuring the smooth running of our facility. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the overnight operations of the facility
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to schedule repairs and preventive maintenance tasks
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of electrical systems, including low voltage and high voltage equipment
- Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and resolve any issues that may arise
- Provide guidance and support to overnight staff members
- Train new employees on safety procedures and job responsibilities
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, schedule maintenance tasks, and generate reports

Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proficient in electrical systems, including low voltage and high voltage equipment
- Knowledge of maintenance management principles and practices
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
