Job Summary
The Full Time Adolescent Coach has an important job - not only are they responsible for the students' educational prowess, they also play a vital role in the physical well-being of students. Coaches should be well rounded in classroom management and Victory program procedures. In addition to helping students develop academically, they are also responsible for helping the student to develop socially, emotionally, and athletically. Coaches need to be patient and authoritative, empathetic, and regimented. The best Coaches are natural managers who lead by example. They are physically fit, talented, and highly motivated - with a can-do disposition that prompts students to participate and perform above their own expectation levels.
Coaches will follow through all rotations (outdoor free play, indoor arts & crafts, outdoor organized sports, and indoor STEAM activities) with their assigned group of campers.

Attendance and Punctuality
Attendance is an essential job function. This position requires applicant to arrive on time for scheduled shift which means set up and ready for kids' arrival. This position requires the ability to work extended hours and weekends, if necessary, when required.
Physical Requirements
Must have the ability to lift moderately heavy objects up to 25lbs. and perform duties requiring extensive maneuverability and normal strength.
Must also be prepared to run, jump and participate in physical activity.
Equipment
Duties will require the regular use of mobile devices, computers and other electronics. Must have access to transportation. Must be able to pass a background check.
