Responsibilities:
The Director will oversee the technical aspects of production and the execution of campus events and ministry services. They will also be responsible for leading the production staff, contractors and volunteers. The overall goal of this position is to ensure the look and feel of ministry service experiences convey and uphold the vision of Victory Church.Provide technical support to campus ministries as needed. Schedule A/V/L positions for campus events. Research and recommend new technology for integration into church services to fix ongoing issues and enhance the main goal of the ministry.Manage various campusinstall projects.Edit audio and video as needed.Maintain Mac computers with upgrades .Partner with Central Campus Technical Director and central production team to ensure seamless transitions between campuses in regard to processes, training and standards.Central Support for main campus as needed.Manageproduction budget and contractor invoices for the campus.Recruit contractors and volunteers.Train volunteers for production team in all roles within audio, lighting and video.Meet with campus staff team weekly to connect, provide support and be involved in strategic planning of events on campus
Create and maintain production SOPs for campus audio/video/lighting (“A/V/L”) equipment. 

Qualifications and Competencies

General rigging knowledge to ensure a safe working environment Apple and Microsoft 365 software environmentsKnowledge of Pro tools, Adobe Premiere, & Adobe PhotoshopFlexible schedule (available weekends and evenings)Pro Video or Studio Video experience preferred
